内容記述 The purpose of this research was to study and evaluate the result of Work-Integrated Based Learning model. (WIL) Bachelor's degree: Bachelor of technology Major in Electrical Technology. The population in the study were 15 undergraduate students. Who studied in the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, 6 mentors, 6 teachers who are responsible for studying together with the establishment and 6 establishments. The instrument in the research were questionnaires, data analysis by finding Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. he results of the research can be summarized as follows: Students, teachers, administrators and establishments have evaluation results in the model of Work-Integrated Based Learning (WIL) Work-Integrated Based Learning the overall of satisfaction is high level ( = 4.22 S.D = 0.70) When considered in detail, it was found that students, teachers, administrators and establishments have evaluated the average preparation process for students with the highest average ( = 4.31 S.D = 0.68). Followed by the evaluation process is at a high level. ( =4.23 S.D = 0.64) Process for tracking students while working (follow up) in high level ( = 4.20 S.D= 0.71) and the teaching management process during work is at a high level ( = 4.16 S.D = 0.72) As well as the learning outcomes of the students from the performance in the medium to high level.
