| 内容記述 | This study examined the effect the increase in three-point shots attempted on the three-point shot performance in basketball game. Thirteen collegiate female basketball players were recruited for this study. Forty shots resulted no remarkable change in the accuracy of a three-point shot and a significant increase in rating of perceived exertion (P<0.05). The jump height in the last 10 shots was significantly decreased as compared with the first 10 shots (P<0. 05). On the other hand, horizontal and slanting distance in the last 10 shots was significantly increased as compared with the first 10 shots (P<0.05). The height of wrist and shoulder in the last 10 shots was significantly decreased as compared with first 10 shots (P<0.05). These results indicate that the increase in threepoint shot attempted changed jumping direction in shooting from the upward to the basket goal. They suggested that the increased shots would bring about the fall of long throw power rather than jump power and change the shooting form. | |||||
