| 内容記述 | ウシの心室中隔欠損を伴わない両大血管右室起始と大動脈閉鎖における左心室腔と冠状動脈の異常連絡について検索した.ウシの奇形心243例中に心室中隔欠損を伴わない両大血管右室起始8例と,心室中隔欠損を伴わない大動脈閉鎖5例が認められた.これら左心室の流出路が閉塞した13例のうち12例で,左心室腔と冠状動脈の異常連絡が認められた.これらの異常連絡の多くは小さなもので,心室腔と冠状動脈の間には類洞が介在していた.しかし,2例には類洞の介在しない小さいか,または大きい直接的な連絡が混在していた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Anomalous communications between the left ventricular cavity and the coronary arteries in double outlet right ventricle and aortic atresia with intact ventricular septum of cattle were studied. Eight cases of double outlet right ventricle with intact ventricular septum and 5 cases ofaortic atresia with intact ventricular septum were found in 243 hearts with congenital cardiac anomalies. Of these 13 cases with an obstructed left ventricular outflow tract, 12 cases showed anomalous communications between the left ventricular cavity and the coronary arteries. The communications were mostly small, with a sinusoid between the ventricular cavity and the coronary arteries. Two cases were, however, associated with a small or a large direct communication without a sinusoid. | |||||
