| 内容記述 | 後大静脈奇静脈流入が4例の子ウシで認められた｡ 4例とも､左右の総腸骨静脈が合流して形成された後大静脈は左または右奇静脈に流入していた｡ 症例1では､融合腎の腎静脈は後大静脈に流入せず､卵巣静脈や副腎静脈､肝静脈等を受け入れ､正常な後大静脈の位置で右心房に流入していた｡この静脈奇形は胎生期の主下静脈と主上静脈の結合不全によって生じたものと考えられた｡ 症例2と3では､腎静脈は異常な後大静脈に流入していた｡これらの静脈奇形は主下静脈と肝臓の結合不全によって生じたと考えられた｡ 症例4は腹部内臓が除去されており､腎静脈は検索できなかった｡ |

| 内容記述 | Anomalous posterior vena cava with azygos continuation was found in four calves. In all cases, the posterior vena cava which joined the left and right common iliac venis entered the left or right azygos vein. In case 1, the renal vein from the fused kidney did not enter the posterior vena cava, but received the ovarian, adrenal and hepatic venis, and emptied into the right atrium at the normal position of the posterior vena cava. This venous anomalies probably resulted from failure of connection between the subcardinal and supracardinal veins during fetal life. In case 2 and 3, the renal vein (case 3) or veins (case 2) entered the anomalous posterior vena cava. These anomalies probably resulted from failure of union between the subcardinal vein and the liver. In case 4, the renal vein was not investgated because the abdominal viscera had been removed. |
