| 内容記述 | われわれは昭和44～48年の調査で,宮崎県下に生息するタヌキに Concinnum ten が濃厚に感染することを明らかにしたが,今般,昭和49年度猟期(昭和49年11月30日～50年2月14日)に県内で捕獲したタヌキを検索することにより,濃厚浸淫の事実を再確認できた.すなわち試供材料51例中31例にC.tenの寄生を認め寄生率は60.8% を示した.今回は初めて県北部のタヌキについても検索したが,県南部に生息するタヌキと同様に本虫を検出した.一般に県内の地域別による寄生率の差はなく,広く県下全般に浸潤していることが認められた.ただ猟期の前半(1月10日頃より以前)と後半(1月10日頃より以降) に捕獲したタヌキの間には寄生率に明らかな差が認められ,後半期が著しく高率であった.このことは本虫の発育環と関係があろうと思われ,興味深い点である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The authors previously reported that the raccoon dogs captured in Miyazaki Prefecture from 1969 to 1973 were extensively infected with Concinnum (C.) ten. In the present study, the rate of parasitism of C. ten in the 51 raccoon dogs trapped in Miyazaki Priefecture from November 30, 1974 to February 14, 1975 was examined. Thirty-one out of 51 animals, 60.8%, were infected with C. ten and the widespread parasitization was reaffirmed. C. ten was found in the raccoon dogs from the northern region of the Prefecture as in those from the southern region. The rate of paraitism showed no regional difference, and the fluke was very common in the pancreas of the raccoon dog inhabiting Miyazaki Prefecture. But the rate showed a seasonal difference, namely, the rate of the latter half of the hunting season, after January 10, was much higher than that of the first half. This is interesting, and may correlate to the life history of C. ten. |
