| 内容記述 | 1971～1973年の3年間に宮崎県下で捕獲したタヌキ16頭の膵(膵管)を観察の結果, そのうち12例, すなわち75.0%の高率にConcinnum tenの寄生を認めた.われわれが1969～1970年に実施した調査成績(3頭検査して全例に寄生を認めた)と合わせ考えるとき,当地方に生息する多数のタヌキに,本虫の濃厚感染が起きていることが確実と推定せられる. Concinnum tenの中間宿主は現在のところ不明であるが,当地方には中間宿主(第一,第二?)となり得る動物が広く分布し,タヌキがそれらに接触する機会が多いものと考えられる. | |||||

| 内容記述 | We found the parasitism of very small flukes, with their body lengths of 2.0mm or so, in the pancreatic ducts of three racoon-dogs (Nyctereutes procyonoides viverrinus), which were captured in Miyazaki Prefecture in recent years (from 1969 to 1970), and identified the flukes as Concinnum ten (Yamaguchi, 1939) as a result of our morphological investigation. Afterwards we inspected 16 racoon-dogs captured in the following regions in Miyazaki Prefecture during the succeeding three years (1971～73) and detected Concinnum ten also in 12 cases (75.0%) of the 16 : Suki Village in Nishimorokata-gun, Takajo Town in Kitamorokatagun, Yamanokuchi Town in Kitamorokata-gun, Takaoka Town in Higashimorokata-gun, Nishidake-cho in Miyakonojo City, Nichinan City (Kariya and Ibii Regions), and Miyazaki City (Uchiumi and Kibana Regions). The rate of its parasitism may be considered to be very high in combination with the results of investigation for the above five years. There are a large number of racoon-dogs in Miyazaki Prefecture from the topographical standpoint, and the number of them captured by hunters amounted to 2, 269 in 1970 and ranked second in Japan next to Kagoshima Prefecture. It is presumed that thick infection of Concinnum ten nearly certainly occurred in racoon-dogs inhabiting in Miyazaki Prefecture. Although the intermediate hosts of Concinnum ten is yet unknown at present, it seems likely that some animals which may be the first or second (?) hosts are widely distributed in the prefecture. |
