| 内容記述 | In this paper, we propose a new Switched-Capacitor (SC) successive-approximation Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). The converter is insensitive to capacitance mismatch using unity-gain buffers. Circuit operation is evaluated by SIMetrix. On this simulation, 15 bits accuracy has been obtained. | |||||
