| 内容記述 | Transparent conducting oxide films of fluorine-doped SnO2 (FTO) were deposited on glass substrates by spray pyrolysis technique in order to find out the effect of solution concentration. These films were prepared using various fluorine concentrations from 0 to 33 mol%. The films indicated all polycrystalline with tetragonal crystal structures. The best electro-optic properties, average transmittance of 82 % and resistivity of 4.0×10^-4 Ωcm, carrier concentration of 4.7×10^20 cm^-3, mobility of 34 cm^2/Vs, were achieved with fluorine doing concentration of 17 mol% at substrate temperature of 500℃. | |||||
