| 内容記述 | Abstract Welding simulation system based on thermal elastic-plastic finite element method was developed for design and education support. The program was written in Visual Basic language so that skill person and student could easily make use of it on a personal computer. As a numerical example, by the analysis of butt welding using the simulation system, the evaluation of the distribution of residual stress and deformed shape of a welded material was carried out. And it was confirmed that useful quantitative and graphic information such as displacement vector, contour line of stress could be obtained. |
