| 内容記述 | Defects induced by pulse laser irradiation are observed by the transmission electron microscope (TEM). In the specimens irradiated and annealed at 1000C for 30 min, relatively short defects extended along <110> and considerably extended L-shaped defects along <100> are observed. These defects are observed in the quite localized place, and are not widely distributed. After the intentional contamination by Cu diffusion, small black dot image are newly observed near linear or spiral dislocations. The small black dots are also observed without any association with dislocation. The analysis of black dots with diffraction pattern and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) suggests the black dot images may be segregated Cu precipitates. |
