In the specimens irradiated and annealed at 1000‹C for 30 min, relatively short defects extended along <110> and considerably extended L-shaped defects along <100> are observed. These defects are observed in the quite localized place, and are not widely distributed. After the intentional contamination by Cu diffusion, small black dot image are newly observed near linear or spiral dislocations. The small black dots are also observed without any association with dislocation.
