| 内容記述 | To compare the molecular and growth properties of two newly isolated canine distemper virus strains in the Asia 1 and 2 groups with clinico-pathological findings in dogs, nucleotide and predicted amino acid sequence comparisons of genes H and P were performed together with comparative growth profiling. The predicted amino acid sequences of the H gene contained 12 cysteine residues that were conserved among the examined Asia 1 and Asia 2 viruses. The hydrophobic region in the H gene of the Asia 2 isolates was one amino acid longer than that of the Asia 1 group. The H gene of the Asia 1 group had nine putative asparagine （N）-linked glycosylation sites, while there were eight sites in the Asia 2 group. The liters of the cell-associated viruses for the Asia 1 strains were higher than those of the released viruses and were opposite to those of the Asia 2 strains in a previous study. The molecular and growth properties of the Asia 1 and Asia 2 groups seem to vary, although no significant differences were observed in the clinical signs and pathological findings between the two groups. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 臨床及び病理所見を有する犬から新しく分解されたアジア1型及び2型イヌジステンパーウイルス株の分子及びその増殖性状を比較するとともに遺伝子P及びHの核酸と予想アミノ酸の比較がなされた.H遺伝子から予想されるアミノ酸のシステイン数は12個で,アジア1及び2型間に一定に保たれていた.アジア2型株の疎水領域はアジア1型のものよりアミノ酸1個多くみられた.アジア1型のH遺伝子には9個のアスパラギン酸（N）結合糖鎖がみられ,一方,アジア2型では8個であった.アジア1型の細胞内ウイルス力価は上清中に遊離するウイルス力価より多く,以前示したとおりアジア2型の増殖特徴とは逆であった.臨床症状と病理所見がアジア1型と2型に有意な差がみられなかったにもかかわらず,アジア1型と2型の分子及び増殖性状は様々であると考えられた. | |||||
