| 内容記述 | 本学附属病院看護部では、新人看護師を対象に「死後のケア」のシナリオシミュレーション研修を実施している。過去の受講者29名へのアンケート調査では、新人看護師は患者に対する尊厳を持ったケアや、家族に寄り添う大切さなどの学びを得ていた。そこで、今回我々は、2014〜2015年度に同様の研修を受けた新人看護師68名に、特に"気づき・学び"に焦点を当てたアンケート調査を行い、本研修の有用性を検証した。その結果、新人看護師は定型的な看護手順や文献からの知識では気づけない看護師としての姿勢や態度を他者の様子や自分自身のふり返りを通して学んでいた。シミュレーション研修は看護師としての態度教育にも有効であると推察された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The nursing department in University of Miyazaki Hospital annually preforms the post mortem care by simulationbased education for the novice nurses. In the questionnaire survey of 29 nurses who took the course, we found that they learned about the importance of dignity for the patients and care for the families. Therefore, we conducted the additional questionnaire survey focused on reflection and recognition for 68 novice nurses who received similar training during 2014 – 2015, and examined the usefulness of the simulation-based education. As a result, they could learn the postures and attitudes as a professional nurse, which could not learn from the typical nursing procedures and knowledge by textbook, by manner of the other nurses and self-awareness. These result suggested that post mortem care by simulationbased learning for the novice nurses was effective on the education of attitude as a professional nurse. |
