| 内容記述 | Tungsten (W)-doped Sr9Ti8S24 (STS) were fabricated by hot pressing method as novel thermoelectric materials. X-ray diffraction peak was shifted to high angle, indicating that W atom had replaced Sr atom. It was also suggested that the solid solution limit of W was between 0.05 mol% and 0.1 mol% The STS with W of 0.05 mol% showed the highest thermoelectric properties, ZT=0.0056 , which was about 40 times higher than that of thenon-doped STS. | |||||
