内容記述 | Project management, there is a problem that the delivery schedule and the cost are easily exceeded because only inflexible scheduling that cannot tolerate any delay can be performed. Such a problem, the socalled“ delay risk”problem, is becoming more serious. For this reason, it is necessary to balance the trade-off of four factors including “process (time), resource, cost (cost)” and delay risk. Therefore, a rescheduling method in consideration of a delay risk has been proposed. However, if the number of activities increases, the amount of calculation for calculating the delay risk or the magnitude of “delay risk tolerance” having a negative correlation with the risk becomes enormous, and the accuracy of the calculation result also greatly decreases. Two methods for calculating the delay risk tolerance of the project schedule as the size of the N-dimensional convex polyhedron region were developed in previous research, but there were problems with the amount of calculation and accuracy. Therefore, in this paper, we introduced the ”new third method” and performed its performance evaluation in more detail. It has been confirmed in a simple example that the third method can accurately calculate the magnitude of delay risk tolerance with a small amount of calculation. Therefore, the performance evaluation procedure was automated so that performance evaluation experiments using larger scale application examples could be performed, and experiments were performed using three practical application examples. As a result, in this application example, it was confirmed that the third method was a method capable of performing accurate calculations with a small amount of calculation. | |||||
