| 内容記述 | The objective of this project is to study the method of storage and arrangement of metal stamping die to increase the efficiency of finding and storing metal stamping die. The method uses priority grouping guidelines to solve current problems and make the most benefit in the storage of metal stamping die. The organizer analyzes the data from the data collection. The product grouping by the frequency use of metal stamping die to be analyzed and divided into groups according to the ABC Analysis, which is divided into 3 groups. The stamping die classified as group A being the most important because they are the most commonly used stamping die types. The second is less important, which will be grouped into B and C, respectively, using Microsoft Excel to classify the metal stamping die. The metal stamping die are divided as follows: there are 23 types of metal stamping die in group A, 27 types in group B, and 30 types in group C out of metal stamping die in 82 types. The area used to store metal stamping die has 3 levels and has been stored modified as follows: the storage of metal stamping group A on the first floor, the metal stamping die of group B, and group C is stored on the second and third levels, respectively. | |||||
