内容記述 This research purposes design waste water with plasma technique. The applied high voltage and high frequency for produced producing corona ray. The dc power supply is using flyback converter at output voltage 1 kV to 7 kV, controlled by pulse width moderation (PWM) at 20 kHz. The power supply was tested high input voltage at electrode in time 10, 15, 25 min and among of oxygen was 20 % from normally dry air which used small air pump thought electrode into insulant box. The results were found that electrode could produce Ozone (O3) at 200 mgO3/hr to 300 mgO3/hr bring O3 flow through silicone rubber. The dissolved water of 10 L. So, Plasma concentrations of ozone water at 0.3 ppm to 0.4 ppm, which is enough to apply water to disperse pollution, mixed disintegrate effectively within 15 to 25 minutes.
