内容記述 | The tensile characteristics on early wood (EW) and late wood (LW) in Japanese cedar were closely investigated to evident the wood mechanical property for extend in wood market. Tensile test of the EW and the LW was at a same moisture content conducted at loading speed of 1 mm/min. Tensile stress-strain response and fracture behavior of the EW drastically changed compared with those of the LW. Fracture mechanism of the LW was discussed based on experimental observation during tensile deformation and from fracture morphology. | |||||
