| 内容記述 | The paper presents the performance of machine produce herbals egg pressure type. Test the pressure resistance of the machine by finite element method from the Ansys version 14 program by testing at various voltage levels. It was found that when the material had the total stress (Von-Mises Stress) between 0.02 to 2.2 Mpa has the highest normal stress strain of 1.034 x 10-5 mm. / mm. The directional deformation is 0.00089 mm. and the total deformation values is equal to 0.00097 mm, and then create a prototype to do compression badly salted herbs. And testing the efficiency of the machine, it was found that the pressurized herbal salted egg maker can produce herbs salted egg within 3-5 days which reduced the production time by 3-4 times (from the original 10-20 days) at Pressure 1.37 - 1.72 MPa. | |||||
