内容記述 In the paper, we designed a transparent conductive oxide for dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) using a ZnO/Ti glass electrode. The Ti film is deposited on lime glass substrate by RF magnetron sputtering in the condition annealing 450℃ and 220℃, and ZnO prepared by spin-coated method. The analyzed structure properties of the films electrode were confirmed by XRD and SEM image analyses. The ZnO/Ti glass electrode for DSSC cell device is composed a Ti glass / ZnO nanostructure/ N719/ electrolyte/ platinum/ fluorine-tin oxide (FTO) glass. The DSSC with ZnO/Ti glass electrode is investigated by solar simulator at 250 W/m2. The morphological properties of ZnO/Ti glass electrode was confirmed a strong peak intensity of Ti film glass was found that the strong peak at 38.2° (2θ), responds to Ti (002) plane. The experimental result found that open circuit voltage (VOC) was 0.067 V. The short circuit current (ISC) was 144.98 μA at 450℃. The use ZnO/Ti glass electrode is sufficient to be built and tested anode electrode for DSSCs application.
