内容記述 Software process improvement is a technical standard for the computer software development organizations and related to the business management functions. The research will generate software design and process improvement by using metric plan that satisfies the requirement of Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) which will meet for business operation smoothly to achieve targets. CMMI has defined a metric plan and used to improve business process goals and provide guidance for quality processes. A brief introduction of the Goal Question Metric (GQM) approach to goals and practices will used to define process and metrics. The Metric Program framework that is used in this paper to generate the metric plan is described followed by a complete Metrics Plan which includes GQM Analysis, Metric Definition, Data Collection, Data Analysis and Reporting and Monitoring. In this paper, we will generate suggestive business goals effectively and also operate all of business functionality work scope or project area to achieve the goals. We will analyze previous review data and senior level management defined goals based on previous data. So our system by using metric plan will come out suggestive goals and monitor performance all of goals or related area.
