| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the meanings in which the implementation of reflection in new nurses influences their development to the expert level. For study methods,we perfomed five rounds feedback interviews with seven new nurses based on Reflective Journal,collected data on the effectiveness of the interviews through a semi-structured interview,and then conduced a content analysis using a qualitative and inductive method. As a result of content analysis,nine meanings were obtained.The structures were as follows: “One's spiritual self-awareness" was the core category and led to “learing of the practice for creative nursing." In the course of this, “conquering uncomfortable feeling," “improvement of critical thinking ability," “acquisition of self-empowerment ability," and “acquisition of self-development ability" also emerged,followed by “behavioral change" and “change of mental framework as nurses" in the new nurses themselves. Finally, “habit of reflective thinking" had an effect on the whole process and supported the development of new nurses.It was clarified that reflection in this study was meaning for the development of new nurses into experts.It was suggested that reflection was a effective method of the educational support for new nurses. |
