| 内容記述 | 28日齢,雄の黒毛和種牛で部分型房室中隔欠損が認められた.本例の心臓では心房中隔の下部と流入部心室中隔が欠損し,左右の房室弁の中隔尖に裂開が存在していた.房室弁の前架橋尖と後架橋尖は弁組織で結合され,分離した左右の房室口が形成されていた.房室弁と心室中隔の頂上との間には大きい心室間連絡が存在していた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | A partial form of atrioventricular septal defect was observed in a 28-day-old male Japanese Black calf. In this heart, the lower portion of the interatrial septum and the inlet portion of the interventricular septum were deficient, and clefts were present in both the septal leaflets of the left and right atrioventricular valves. The anterior and posterior bridging leaflets of the atrioventricular valves were joined by a connecting valve tissue to create separate left and right atrioventricular orifices. A large interventricular communication was present from beneath the atrioventricular valves to the crest of the ventricular septum. | |||||
