| 内容記述 | 3日齢の黒毛和種,雄子牛で肺動脈弁欠損症候群が認められた.肺動脈弁部には半月弁は存在せず,動脈内膜の不規則な低い隆起縁が存在していた.この心臓には心室中隔欠損,肺動脈弁輪部と漏斗部の軽度狭窄,肺動脈幹と左肺動脈の著しい拡張,動脈管の無形成,重複前大静脈,二次口型心房中隔欠損,左鎖骨下動脈起始異常および単一冠状動脈が合併していた.気管の下部は拡張した肺動脈で軽度に圧迫されていた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Absent Pulmonary Valve Syndrome was observed in a three day old male calf. Instead of the semilunar cusps, there was an irregular rim of low elevation of the arterial tunica intima. The heart was found to have ventricular septal defect, mild stenosis of the pulmonary valve annulus and infundibulum, marked dilatation of the pulmonary trunk and left pulmonary artery, agenesis of the ductus arteriosus, double cranial vena cava, secundum atrial septal defect, aberrant left subclavian artery and single coronary artery. The lower part of the trachea was compressed mildly by the dilated pulmonary artery. | |||||
