| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to elucidate the components and structure of "the ability to persevere", which is an empowerment factor of nurses involved in end-of-life care for end-stage cancer patients. The study participants were 18 nurses working in general wards who had at least five years of clinical experience. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed using a qualitative, inductive method. "The ability to persevere" among nurses was composed of six categories and "situational factors", "basic factors", and "promotional factors", with the "situational factors" at the core. These three factors were related in the following manner: by gaining self-awareness through interactions with cancer patients, nurses acquired the "basic factors" of 'professionalism' and 'beliefs', as a result of which the "situational factors" of 'commitment' and 'caring mind' were activated. The "promotional factors" of 'self-control' and 'moving experiences' subsequently supported the "situational factors" and "basic factors". It was suggested that it is necessary for these factors to adjust the foster environment and support system. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,終末期がん患者の看取りに関わる看護師のエンパワーメントにある「粘り強く関わる力」の構成要因と構造を明らかにすることである。 研究参加者は一般病棟に勤務する臨床経験5年以上の看護師18名である。 研究方法は,半構造化インタビューでデータ収集し質的帰納的方法で分析を行った。 看護師の「粘り強く関わる力」は,【状況的要因】【基礎的要因】【促進的要因】と6カテゴリーで構成され,【状況的要因】がこの中核に位置した。 3要因の関係は,看護師ががん患者との関わりの中から自己に気づくことで【基礎的要因】の≪プロ意識≫≪信念≫を獲得し,それを契機に【状況的要因】の≪コミットメント≫≪ケアリングマインド≫が活性化した。 そして,【促進的要因】の≪自己コントロール≫≪感動体験≫が,【状況的要因】と【基礎的要因】を後押しする構造となっていた。 これらの要因を育む環境と支援体制を整えることが必要であると示唆された。 |
