| 内容記述 | 種々の植物油脂を配合飼料に添加することがブロイラーの肉質に及ぼす効果について検討した。 油脂原料を含まない基礎飼料に前期3%、後期5%の油脂添加を行い、49日間ブロイラーに給与した。未使用の植物性油、未使用の植物性油とビタミンE群含有の米糠抽出物(ライストリエノール)、植物性の廃油の3種の油脂を用いた。各油脂は脂肪酸組成とヨウ素価がほぼ同等になるように調製した。 飼料中過酸化脂質含量は、いずれも食品衛生法の脂質過酸化基準から見て高くはなかったが、ライストリエノール添加により抑制される傾向が見られた。またライストリエノール添加は、鶏肉中の過酸化脂質含量も低下させる傾向を示した。脂肪組織中過酸化脂質含量は一定の傾向は見られなかった。飼料と鶏肉中の過酸化脂質含有量低下から、ブロイラー用飼料にライストリエノールを添加することで抗酸化効果を期待することができると思われた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Effects of adding various vegetable oils to formula diets on quality of broiler chicken meat were examined. Basal formula diets without any lipid source were added edible oil at the level of 3% and 5% for the early stage and for the later stage, respectively. The formula diets were given to broiler chicken over 49days. As lipid sources, fresh vegetable oil, fresh vegetale oil containing rice bran extract, Ricetrienol(TM) and vegetable oil waste were used. Each lipid was prepared to be approximately equivalent for fatty acid composition and iodine values.Lipid peroxide contents in each diet were within the baseline levels of lipid peroxidation according to the Food Hygiene Guideline, although Ricetrienol tended to inhibit lipid peroxidation in the diet. In addition, Ricetrienol tended to decrease lipid peroxide levels in the meat. The tendency in content of lipid peroxides in the adipose tissue was uncertain. It appears that the addition of Ricetrienol to broiler diets may have antioxidant effects because the lipid peroxide levels in the diet and the meat decreased to some extent. | |||||
