| 内容記述 | Congenital heart disease was found in 20 cases (6.1 %) of 326 adult (over 12-month-old) cattle necropsied at University of Miyazaki between 1979 and 2009. During this period, other 15 anomalous hearts of adult cattle were submitted to our laboratory for detailed examination. Among these 35 hearts, there were eight cases of ventricular septal defects. Double-outlet right ventricle occurred in five cases and all of these hearts were associated with ventricular septal defects. Four hearts showed pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defects. Three hearts showed coronary artery cameral fistula and two showed transposition of great arteries with ventricular septal defects. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 1979-2009年に宮崎大学で剖検された成(12カ月齢以上) 牛の326例中20例(6.1%) に心奇形が認められた. その間に詳細な検索依頼のため15例の成牛の奇形心が提供された. これら成牛の奇形心35例中の8例は心室中隔欠損であった. 5例は両大血管右室起始でいずれも心室中隔欠損を合併していた..4例は心室中隔欠損を伴う肺動脈閉鎖であった3例は冠状動脈心腔瘻, 2例は心室中隔欠損を伴う大血管転換であった. | |||||
