| 内容記述 | Histopathological and enzyme histochemical observations were performed on mast cells in pulmonary arterial lesion of Dirofilaria immitis in dogs. The results showed that chymase- and tryptase-positive mast cells were diffusely present in the lesions, especially in the adventitia and proliferated intima. At 2 weeks after surgical worm transplantation, mast cells already appeared in the intima and media, and chymase-positive cells were dominant in the adventitia. Results of this study suggested a possibility that mast cells would be involved in the pathogenesis of pulmonary arterial lesion of dogs with Dirofilaria immitis infestation. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 犬糸状虫寄生犬の肺動脈病変部に存在する肥満細胞の病理組織学的および酵素組織化学的観察を行った.その結果,キマーゼおよびトリプターゼ陽性の肥満細胞が病変部にび漫性に存在し,特に外膜と増殖した内膜において顕著であった.糸状虫の移植2週後,肥満細胞は既に内膜と中膜に遁走し,外膜ではキマーゼ陽性細胞が優勢であった.本研究の結果,寄生犬の肺動脈病変の病理発生に肥満細胞が関与する可能性が示唆された. | |||||||||||||||||
