| 内容記述 | Four 24-hour observations of behavior for 23 captured wild deer were carried out in May, July, September and November in the small paddock with 1200 m^2 area at the altitude of 720 m of Sanriku Deer Farm. The results are described as below, 1) Individual deer behavior pattern was almost similarly with that of the herd and the grazing, resting and rumination were observed as their main behavior. 2) Time spent grazing tended to be longer in spring, summer and early fall than in late fall. However, this tendency was equal to the increasing period and the decline period of deer weight respectively, as shown in the past study. Furthermore, the ruminating period was similar in case of the grazing behavior, but the resting period was reverse against that tendency. 3) The number and placement of feed troughs and watering points might greatly influence to the moving traits of deer in the small paddock. |

| 内容記述 | 標高720mにある1.200m2の小牧区において,野生ジカ23頭の個体と群の行動を5月, 7月, 9月および11月に各々24時間調査した. その結果を要約すると, 以下のようになる. 1) シカの各行動の割合は群・個体ともほとんど似通っており, その行動パターンの割合では採食, 休息および反芻が主体的であった. 2) 採食時間は春から初秋に長く, 晩秋に短い傾向があったが, これは, 既往研究の示す体重の増加期と減退期に合致していた. 反芻時間は採食行動と同様な傾向を示す一方, 休息時間はこれらと逆の傾向が認められた. 3) 小牧区におけるシカの行動には, 飼槽や飲水箇所の個数や配置場所が大きく影響することが考えられる. |
