| 内容記述 | Political redistricting is to divide an area small so that population is balanced, which is formulated as weighted-graph division problem. In the process of this formulation, there are two different types of policies; ・ do the cost of vertices equally ・ lower the total cost of edges to cut off The former is the setting that attached great importance to heaviness of one vote in the election, and the latter is the setting that attached great importance to a geographical condition. In [1], Nemoto et al formulate this problem from the former point of view without considering the geographical conditions and historical conditions of an area. The purpose of this paper is to formulate an optimization model based on a geographical condition for political redistricting. |
