| 内容記述 | The study of a disease using genetic identification becomes possibl by using haplotyp information. The expectation-maximization algorithm is the approach to maximize the likelihood function of genotypic distribution assuming Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. However, this method is time consuming when applied to sequence of many loci. We used a real valued genetic algorithm in this study and compared the precision of the results with other methods. | |||||
