| 内容記述 | Influence of Alkali halide addition on optical properties of Tm-Doped chalcogenide glasses (((Ge30(Se+S)70)91Ga9)100-x(Halide)x)99 Tm1 (where, x = 0～15mol%, Halide = CsBr, CsI) has been investigated. The glasses were prepared by melt quenching method. The luminescence lifetime of Tm3+ ions at 1230 nm band, 1460 nm band and 1780 nm band, and Photoluminescence (PL) spectrum, which was excited by a 780nm laser. We observed the luminescence lifetime of Tm3+ at 1230 nm band and 1780 nm band were increased from CsBr contents. When CsBr content equaled to 10 mol%, the lifetime increased about 4 times than the glass without CsBr. And the ratios of PL intensity on 1230 nm/1460 nm and 1780 nm/1460 nm increased with CsBr contents increasing. The glass transition temperature was decreased with increasing CsBr contents. The effect of addition of CsI is almost the same as the addition of CsBr. The addition of Br ions into the glass resulted in the formation of Ga-Br bonding. The local structure becomes important role on the emission properties of Tm ions. | |||||
