| 内容記述 | Bulk AgGaSe2 crystals were grown by a Hot-Press method. We mixed starting materials Ag2Se and Ga2Se3 powder for stoichiometric composition. Samples were grown under 25 MPa pressure at growth temperature from 400℃ to 700℃. Sizes of the samples ware 20mm in diameter and 5mm in thickness. All samples indicated porycrystalline and n-type conductivity. AgGaSe2 single phase was obtained at 700℃. The sample was slightly Ag-rich, Ga-poor and Se-poor. Therefore, the sample had interstitial Ag atom and/or Se vacancy. | |||||||||||||||||
