| 内容記述 | In this paper, we propose three operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) using combiners and output controlled source degeneration circuit (OSDC). The advantages of the proposed OTAs are low voltage operation and wide bandwidth. As an application of proposed OTA, the band-pass filters using the proposed OTAs are designed. Performance of the proposed circuits is evaluated through HSPICE simulations with 0.35μm CMOS device parameters. |
