| 内容記述 | Abstract A model building method based on Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH) optimized by GA is developed for extracting exon regions. GMDH, that is originally a method to construct higher order polynomial models, is extended to constructing complex logical model. The proposed method automatically builds a model for extraction and selects optimal important parts of DNA sequence.. |
