| 内容記述 | ABSTRACT Recently, PC clusters are usually used in many laboratories in universities and departments in com- panies. However these small scale PC cluster systems do not have software to manage jobs and tasks. So the management of PC cluster system is one of the complicated work for system administrators. To simplify the cluster management, we developed a web-based, client independent PC cluster manage- ment system "CASPER". Since CASPER is made by the open-source software, it can work on many platforms. And it only requests the computers consisting the PC cluster use the unix-based operating system. The usability of CASPER was evaluated by questionnaires. |
