| 内容記述 | Endo-β-l,4-g1ucanase from Bacillus sp.2228 was found to have an endo-type transglycosylaton activity. The enzyme effectively transferred cellooligosaccharide residues to various alcohol in the presence of cellobiose as the oligosaccharide donor. 1-Pentyl-cellobioside was synthesized effectively at 40 ℃ for 36 hours or at 50 ℃ for 24 hours in the reaction mixture which contained· endo-β-l,4-g1ucanase (100 U/ml) and cellobiose (20 w/v %) - 1-pentanol (1: 1-4). |
