| 内容記述 | In recent years, an increasing number of households do not have the custom of brewing green tea in a teapot. Naturally, children have little experience with teapots and tea leaves, as they do not have the opportunity to drink tea brewed with tea leaves; instead, they drink tea from the pet bottles at home. Does this change in social life mean that children no longer have a way to taste tea? In this paper, we analyze the discussions among sixth-grade elementary school students who are exchanging ideas about the taste of tea after tasting four kinds of tea. In the discussion, we will use conversation analysis as an analytical method to clarify how the children orient themselves to the taste of tea and how they perceive the taste of tea as tasty or not tasty. Although they do not drink tea brewed with tea leaves on a daily basis, they make judgement on teas in their own way and define each taste. We would like to reveal the ways in which they establish their evaluation of the taste of tea through their interaction. | |||||||||||||||
