| 内容記述 | This paper intends first to make clear the characteristics and procedures of a problem- solving method, and then, to analyze the effectiveness of applying the method to adult learning programs. First, by examining the characteristic of the method, I classified procedures into two types : a `cause-clarification' type and a `step-pursuit' type. I made clear the reason why it occupies an important position in the `active learning' used widely in the United States. Next, I explained some significant features of introducing the method and showed the procedures. Thirdry, I analyzed a case to which this method was applied. Here, each adult learner was expected to discover good points of the city. Each attendant selected a group of specific theme related to the community, and by using the method, they were urged to keep studying. This case suggested a clear effecteveness of introducing the method and a probability of introducing it into adult learning programs. |

| 内容記述 | 本稿は、問題解決技法の意義やプロセスを整理した上で、この技法を導入した成人学習プログラム開発の事例を分析するものである。 まず、 問題解決技法の特徴について述べ、 問題解決を 「目標と現状のずれを埋めること」 と整理した。そ して、 問題解決技法を 「原因解明型」 と 「手段追求型」 の2つのタイプに分類した。 また、 アメリカで広く導入されているアクティブ・ラーニングにおいて、 問題解決技法が重要な位置を占めていることを明らかに した。 さらに、 成人の学習関心等との関連から、 問題解決技法導入の意義を述べた上で、 問題解決のプロセ スを示した。 次に、 市町村における導入の事例について考察した。 この事例では、 「地域の良さの再発見」 を目的とし た講座の中で、 地域に関わる特定のテーマ別に自主研究 グループを編成し、 問題解決技法によって継続的に 取り組んだ。 この事例は、 市町村において、 成人の学習場面に問題解決技法を取り入れる可能性を示唆して いる。 |
