The measurable area on the beads was determined to be a circle of 2.14μm diameter by magnifications of an objective lens, the diameter of fiber core, and the diameter of a pinhole. Moreover, the range of the diameter of the beads and the spectral range were decided to be 4μm〜350μm and 488〜775nm, respectively. Using a halogen lamp as a light source on CLSM, the molar concentrations (C_2) of 1 in 2 were determined by absorption spectrophotometry. The value of C_2 showed good agreement with C_1^m with 0.11〜0.73 of the standard deviation.
