| 内容記述 | Municipal City Planning Councils, which were empowered in the City Planning Law 2000, have long been criticized for its ambiguity in the role, member composition, etc. This article shows actual situation of the councils based on a questionnaire survey on 264 municipalities in Kyushu. The existence of the council, member composition, major fields of academic members, contents and results of deliberation, degree of disclosure, and so on were analyzed. The problem is that the officials are very negative for further disclosure. Finally, a better management is proposed. That is, the councils should be thought as one a "place" of informed consent procedure. It would contribute for transparency and efficiency of city planning. | |||||
