The accuracy of a reconstruction algorithm of estimating the relative permittivity of a dielectric cylinder using the iterative Born algorithm is examined in this article. The integral equation is solved by moment method of dividing the cylinder into cells. Born approximations are applied in order to determine relative permittivity of a object. In this research, the iterative Born approximation is used to estimate the relative permittivity of the object. The accuracy and validity of the method is evaluated from the viewpoint of the shape, size and maximum value of the permittivity.
