Technology","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ネイル文化の浸透に伴って、マニキュアや除光液中の薬剤による爪の色素沈着やひび割れなどの事例が増加している。一度傷ついた爪は自己修復が不可能であるため、適切なケアが必要である。現在、爪の主成分であるケラチンの加水分解物が注目されている。加水分解ケラチンは、酸性下で瞬時に凝集するという特性を持つことから、加水分解ケラチンを爪に塗布し、酸性下で爪上に固定化することで傷ついた部分を補修および保護できると考えられる。しかし、加水分解ケラチンは特異的な臭いを持ち、個体粉末状でも\"ベタつき\"があるため、ハンドリング性に問題がある。本研究では、この問題を解決するために、加水分解ケラチンを内包したミクロスフェア(MS)を調製した。MSの壁材には、生体由来のタンパク質であり、安全性の高いカゼインを使用した。MSは、water-in-oil(W/O)エマルション系での水相中の加水分解ケラチンおよびカゼインをグルタルアルデヒドによって架橋することにより調製した。はじめに、MSの凍結乾燥時の凍結温度がMSの構造および力学的強度に与える影響について調査した。MSの断面観察により、凍結温度が高い場合(-20℃)では、膜厚が厚く、内部に大きな空孔が観察された。凍結温度が低い場合(-196℃)では、膜厚が薄く、小さな空孔が数多く観察された。圧縮強度測定において、凍結温度を低くすることでMSの強度が低くなることが確認された。また、その破断荷重は、成人のピンチ力(指で物をつまむ力)の最低値であると考えられる0.7Nよりも低かった。つまり、-196℃で凍結乾燥したMSは誰でも容易に指で潰すことができることから、そのMSを傷やひび割れた爪の上で潰し、内包した加水分解ケラチンを傷ついた部位に塗布することで爪を補修することができると考えられる。次に、W/Oエマルションの水相と油相の体積分率Φw/o(水相体積/油相体積)がMSの特性に及ぼす影響を調査した。体積分率Φw/oを増価させてもMSの回収率はほとんど変化しなかった。これより、本研究のMS調整法は、ネイルケア用加水分解ケラチン内包MSの効率的な大量生産法として有望であると考えられる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"科学・技術研究会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"Society
