We found that 1) the disease could be inherited by the enzootic study, the pedigree analysis and the result of a test mating; 2) most of those affected animals died within an year due to umbilical cord bleeding or recurrent hemorrhage; 3) the results of screening tests had no prominent abnormalities except the moderately low ADP-induced platelet aggregation.
