We retrospectively collected data from 100 cases with mental disorders who had received nurse-led CBT. Results demonstrated that CBT provided by nurses led to significant improvements in quality of life and other clinical outcomes during the intervention period （all p < 0.001）. Among participants who received optional follow-up, these improvements were well-maintained.
