In order to solve this problem, promotion of smart agriculture is being promoted as an initiative. It is thought that the hurdles for farming will be lowered by visualizing the rules of thumb through data collection and analysis using sensors, which are ICT technologies, even for agriculture, which was difficult to do newly because there were many rules of thumb until now. Agricultural work record management system is one of the methods of collecting agricultural data. However, now that the labor shortage of producers is a problem, a system with less burden on elderly producers is needed. Therefore, in this study, we proposed and developed an agricultural work record management system using voice input. In particular, it is a system that considers two points: a voice dialogue system and an automatic work position registration system for workers using farm work position measurement by Beacon. This is expected to support new farmers and reduce the workload of elderly farmers. In the evaluation experiment, he showed that the position measurement method by Beacon is more accurate than GPS, and that it is useful in a field of about 10m.
