This is a statistical rule of thumb:”There are 29 minor accidents behind one serious accident, with 300 Near Miss Accidents in the background.” If we replace it with a traffic accident, we can consideration that ”if we can prevent Near Miss Accident, we can prevent traffic accidents.”. It is generally known that the occurrence of traffic accidents fluctuates depending on the whether. In particular, the effects of bad weather such as rain and snow on traffic accidents have been widely studied. However, no previous studies have analyzed the effects of bad weather on Near Miss Accidents. In this paper, we analyze the tendency of Near Miss Accident data and traffic accidents in rainy weather when driving a car in rainy weather, with aim of detecting locations at high risk of traffic accidents in rainy weather by using probe data. We also considered that it was not possible to extract Near Miss Accident incidents of slip accidents, which are the main cause of traffic accidents in rainy weather, using only sudden braking, which is a near-miss incident. We focused on the fact that accidents caused by slips caused too much speed. A comparison was made between the location where the speed exceeded the speed and the location where the traffic accident occurred in the rain.}, pages = {269--273}, title = {雨天時におけるヒヤリハットの分析}, volume = {49}, year = {2020}, yomi = {イケダ, リョウマ and ツチダ, ヤスタカ and オカザキ, ナオノブ and ヤマバ, ヒサアキ and アブラダ, ケンタロウ and イケダ, リョウマ and ツチダ, ヤスタカ} }
