Sr8Ti7S21 bulk crystals were fabricated in vertical furanace from 650 to 900 ºC. Sr8Ti7S21 polycrystalline sample could be obtained from growth temperature of 800 ºC. The samples became to stoichometry as the increasing growth temperarure. The conduction type showed n-type and the Seebeck coefficient of -234 μV/K at 323 K.
