| 内容記述 | The objective of this research is to design and construct a small, low pressure boiler with fire tube type. And study the efficiency of the boiler the boiler includes of StainlessStainless-steel pipe 304, pipe outer diameter 33.52mm., Thickness 6.87mm. And length 1,090mm., 54 pipes installed in shell, and outer diameter 690mm., Thickness 5mm. And length 1,090mm. material stainless steel 304, on on-off type burner, LPG fuel and asbestosasbestos-insulated, the results showed that boiler efficiency at a pressure of 2 bar （g） at feed water temperatures of 30, 40 and 60 oC. The maximum efficiency is 89.09%. Economizer effectiveness at the pressure of 1 and 2 bar （g）, exhaust flow rate 1,116m^3 / hr, has the highest value is 66.89%. |
