| 内容記述 | The objectives of this research were to analyze the manufacturing process by collected problems from three manufacturing processes which are pressing process, heat treatment process, and assembly process, to improve and to develop these processes. Then, analysis and design the experiment by the use of factorial design to find the factors that affect the length of the chains from the relevant variables. From the experimental results, after improved the pumping process found that the waste percentage of PH and RH were zero percent, in the heat treatment process found that after designed the factorial design experiment by given different time period and temperature resulted in zero percent waste, and in the assembly process after improve process and using excel program to calculate and used colors to control the pitch in three lines the results show that the calculation can calculate approximate chain length. After the improvement of these process the chain length were in the standard of 1,079.50 – 1,080.90 millimeters (specification) which indicate that the chains quality were decreased and satisfied. | |||||
